Our founder, Tracey Forster, is the Founder of SF2BAY ( and former VP of Marketing for Zume Pizza. She has over 20 years of direct-to-consumer eCommerce marketing experience. She is one of the first marketers to launch and scale an eCommerce delivery-only restaurant (with no brick & mortar locations).

Tracey learned how to bring the hospitality of a restaurant to customers at every consumer touchpoint including the website, online ordering process, delivery, and direct response marketing (email, digital marketing, direct mail, and OOH).

Tracey knows how to drive growth and can develop executable plans that she optimizes based on performance data. She also understands how to merchandise the food delivery category, upsell ancillary food items like appetizers, desserts, and beverages, work with third-party delivery sites and affiliates, increase distribution channels, and develop restaurant-specific lead generation and retention programs.

Throughout her career, Tracey has managed over $100M in marketing spend and generated over $1B in revenue.

Tracey was instrumental to improving the profitability of the Zume Pizza business, where she led marketing.  The marketing challenge was a big one: drive trial and retention for a delivery-only restaurant with absolutely no bricks and mortar locations without the benefit of street traffic or the banner of a store front. With no playbook to follow, she built the growth marketing program from the ground up, constantly testing and refining both online and traditional tactics to drive efficiency. Tracey combined a successful social media, SEM and direct mail program to increase orders and lower costs. Additionally, she developed a data-driven forecast approach that greatly reduced our ingredient spoilage and enabled better labor management.
